I'm trying to find a way to genuinely hide some photo albums on my Android phone. The standard "hide album" feature isn't effective because there's a visible "View all" button that shows everything. My girlfriend gets really jealous of my travel albums since they contain pictures of my exes, and I don't want to delete them. Is there a reliable method to conceal these albums on my phone, especially if she ever decides to use it?

If you're using a Samsung device, check out the Secure Folder feature. It lets you password protect certain files and albums, effectively hiding them from prying eyes. It’s a solid solution for your situation!
You can also try changing the folder name in a file explorer to something hidden, like adding a dot in front (e.g., .Photos). This will hide it from most views, and you can toggle hidden folders in your settings. Just keep in mind that it could affect syncing with apps like Google Photos.
Yeah, hiding them like that could be useful, but ensure you don't forget where you put them!
You could always just back them up to your computer. That way, you can keep them safe without having them on your phone at all. Just export them and delete them from your device. Less hassle!
That’s a clever workaround! Just make sure to keep backup of any files you don’t want to lose!
