I'm trying to figure out how to contact Cisco regarding some suspicious "high risk" emails my client has been receiving. Even though their SPF is valid, these emails include .html attachments and ask for login information. They pertain to invoice payments and "remittance advice," but my client doesn't even do business with Cisco; they only use Meraki in their setup. The emails are going to people in the business departments, which makes it even more concerning. I'd like to report this issue to Cisco but I'm unsure about the correct method or contact. Any guidance would be appreciated!

To report these kinds of threats, it's best to submit a ticket to Cisco Talos. You can do this through their official page here: https://support.talosintelligence.com/docs/submit-ticket/. That way, they can investigate further.
You can send a report about those suspicious emails to [email protected]. Companies generally have that email for reporting phishing or similar issues.
It might help to share the email headers too, so Cisco can analyze the origin better. If you need help with that, just let me know!
