So, I just discovered that while I've been away at college, my mom has somehow gained access to my Photos and is looking through them. I find this really strange and invasive. She never mentioned anything about it; I only found out from my sister. I double-checked my iCloud, and she's not signed in there. To clarify, all my Apple devices are mine, I pay my own bills, and I've never logged into her account on my phone. The only shared thing is that she can see my location through Find My. Today, I also learned that she's been getting my iMessages, again because of my sister playing on her iPad. I had disabled iCloud Messages and Photos after discovering she was spying, but I'm still confused about how this is happening. When I asked my mom, she just brushed it off. I really want to put an end to this, any advice on how to make sure it doesn't happen again?

Consider the possibility that your phone could be jailbroken, especially if it was previously owned. If that's the case, she might have installed a remote access app. I’d recommend running a check on your phone to see if it’s rooted or compromised in some way.
You should definitely reach out to Apple Support about this. They can help you sort it out quickly, especially since it sounds like your privacy is being invaded.
If you have other messaging apps like WhatsApp or Messenger, it’s a good idea to look there too. You might have inadvertently linked them to her device; make sure to log out of any devices you don’t recognize.
Without having access to your passwords and devices, she technically shouldn’t be able to see any of your stuff. If it keeps happening even after changing your password, maybe check if there’s any other way she could still be linked to your accounts or messages.
Have you confirmed this is actually happening? As far as I know, it shouldn't be possible for her to access your stuff without your password, especially if she’s not signed into your Apple ID. It might be worth checking that again just to be sure.
Yeah, everything I said is true. There was a time I put my SIM in her old phone, but that was ages ago. Not sure if that matters, but I don’t think it should now.
I’ve changed my password several times, but she’s still getting my messages. I’ve checked, and my devices are the only ones on iCloud; it’s really confusing.
