How Do I Create an RPM File in Fedora?

I'm familiar with Linux but want some guidance on how to create an RPM file. I find making a Debian package a lot simpler, but creating an RPM seems more complex with more steps involved. Could anyone help me out with the process for making an RPM file in Fedora?

Have you tried any resources already? If not, I'd recommend checking out the post on the RedHat blog about creating RPM packages. It's a solid starting point!

No, I haven't seen that yet. I’ll check it out! I plan to make an RPM for the Tor browser to learn the process.
