I'm looking to upgrade my PC specifications, but I've never done this before and I'm not sure where to start. If anyone can help, I can provide my current specs.

It would really help to know your motherboard model first. That way, we can figure out what components are compatible. If you can find that out, it'll make the upgrade process much easier!
You might want to take a picture of your PC's exterior and share it here. That can help determine whether an upgrade is worthwhile, especially if it's an OEM model, as they can be a bit tricky for upgrades.
I have a GTX 1660 GPU and an i5-9400 CPU, but I'm not sure where to find the rest of my specs. If anyone can help me locate them, it would be greatly appreciated!

Great idea! Just make sure to capture any labels or model numbers in the picture so we can assist you better.
