If you want to refresh the stats for a single social media profile, how do you do it? I can see that the follower counts in Jarvee are far lower than those on my actual social media profile.

All social media profiles will resync every 12 hours by default. You can modify the frequency of this from the advanced settings menu for any of the profiles. If you are happy with these, but want to trigger a resync right away, here is what you need to do.
- Find the social profile that you want to resync data with
- Click on the actions link on the far right of the page
- Select sync from the dropdown.
