As an M365 admin, what are the best ways to stay informed about Microsoft issues? I've started using Google News and the Health Service in the M365 admin center to keep up, but I want to be proactive about potential problems. What resources or methods do you all recommend?

You should check out r/sysadmin. It’s usually one of the first places to learn about any hiccups before they show up in the admin console. Very helpful community there!

For sure, this subreddit is great! I get nearly all my alerts from here before official updates. I wouldn't waste time on their documentation or random blogs; they can be filled with inaccuracies.

This subreddit is a goldmine for real-time updates. I often find out about issues here hours before Microsoft even acknowledges them officially. It’s definitely a go-to source!

I totally agree! I also follow sysadmin groups on Reddit, where people often share problems and solutions right when they happen.

Twitter used to be a solid option for updates, but lately, it’s not as reliable. Most issues don’t even show up on the Office 365 service status page anymore, so I lean on community sources instead.

Yeah, this sub and r/sysadmin have been lifesavers for me. I get about 90-95% of the updates before the official platforms catch up. It makes managing issues so much easier!
