I'm looking for some guidance on how much I should charge to develop a WordPress site using Elementor. The project includes about 10 internal pages and around 20 individual team member profile pages. The client has provided the design through Figma, so my role will purely be web development. The site needs to be responsive and looks good on mobile devices. Additionally, there's a custom post loop on the News & Insights page, and several sections are animated to fade in as you scroll. I'm based in South Africa but I understand the client is a US-based company, so I want to ensure my pricing is competitive. What would a typical US web development company charge for a project like this? You can check out the site I'm working on here: https://staging.eccentrichusky.com/ShorePoint/. Thanks for your input!

If you're aiming for competitive pricing, I'd suggest a range of **$2,000 to $4,000 USD** (around **R38,000 to R76,000**). This would still seem like good value to a US client while being fair for your market. Just make sure you factor in your expertise and the complexity of the site!
For a basic package, I think around **$1,500** is reasonable. But if the client turns out to be difficult, I'd bump it up to **$2,500** just to cover my stress levels. Lol!
I'd say around **$5,000** would be a solid figure for this project, considering the complexity and the fact that you have a responsive design with animations and custom features.
