I'm looking to dive into Azure, but I'm a bit lost on where to begin. I have a student Azure account with $100 credits available, and I'm currently in my third year, sixth semester. I have a good foundation in backend and frontend development, as well as SQL databases. If anyone has recommendations for great resources or a plan of action to learn Azure—like which topics to tackle first and how to get some hands-on experience—I'd really appreciate it!

You should definitely check out the free labs available for the AZ-104 exam. They let you work in your own Azure environment, covering various topics, not just databases. Also, I've compiled a bunch of useful resources on my blog that might be helpful for you: justinverstijnen.nl/how-to-learn-azure-learning-resources/.
I'd suggest starting with the AZ-900 and then moving onto the AZ-204 once it's restored. Remember, hands-on practice is key, so focus on completing labs and exploring Infrastructure as Code (IaC) along with your CI/CD tools.
For some structured guidance, check out learntocloud.guide. There's also a book called 'Microsoft Azure in Action' that could be very helpful.
