How to connect a fan adapter cable in my PC?

Hi everyone! I noticed that my PC fans and RGB lighting aren't turning on when I start it up. After checking inside, I found that the fan cables are plugged into a box labeled "Dutzo," and then that connects to an adapter with four round holes—I'm not sure what it's called. I also saw another unpowered cable that looks similar, which seems to connect to the power supply but isn't powered either. I'm really confused about where to plug the fan adapter cable. I bought this PC pre-built, and I'm not that experienced with this kind of stuff. Any help would be appreciated!

Since you mentioned the cable from the "Dutzo" box says "SATA," that's likely what you need to connect to your power supply. Look for a SATA power cable coming from your PSU (power supply unit)—it usually has a flat connector. Plug the hub into that, and hopefully, your fans and RGB lights will come alive! First off, it might help to take some clear pictures of the setup—like the fans and the hub—and share them. This way, everyone can get a better idea of what you're dealing with. Also, it sounds like your adapter might connect to a SATA power connector, which is typical for fan hubs like the one you have. Just make sure the hub is powered correctly before connecting anything else!
