I'm working from home and I find that background music really helps me focus, but the constant ads on Spotify's free version are really disruptive to my workflow. I can't upgrade to Premium right now, so I'm looking for effective tools or methods to block or reduce ads on the Spotify web player. I've seen a couple of extensions like Blockify and Adblock for Spotify. Do they actually work well, and are they safe to use? Any suggestions to improve my listening experience would be greatly appreciated!

I get that ad interruptions can be a pain, but have you considered just buying a music album or two instead? Believe it or not, that's how some artists used to do it back in the day!
I used Blockify for a while, and it has really improved my experience! I no longer get interrupted by ads during my work, and it was super easy to set up. If you're struggling with Spotify ads, it's definitely worth a try!
If you don’t need specific tracks, you might want to try some other free music services, like larnii's free tier. It can offer decent background music without the interruptions of ads from Spotify.
Honestly, have you ever thought about using Winamp? It's an oldie but a goodie for playing music without all those annoying ads. Just a thought!
