Is 4000MHz RAM a Good Upgrade for Ryzen 9 5900X?

I recently upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 9 5900X and I'm considering a RAM upgrade as well. My motherboard can handle up to 128GB of 4400MHz RAM, and I currently have 32GB (2x16GB) of 3600MHz RAM running fine with XMP. Some of the games I play, like Tarkov, are really demanding on memory, so I'm tempted to switch to 64GB (2x32GB) of 4000MHz RAM for a better performance boost. I'm looking at either the G.Skill TridentZ or RipJaws V Series. Do you think the Ryzen 9 can handle 4000MHz RAM safely, or is it a bit risky?

Honestly, going for 4000MHz RAM might not be the best bang for your buck. The performance increase you’ll likely see from that compared to your current setup may not justify the price, especially if stability is a concern with your CPU.

What do you mean by stability? Are you saying my CPU might get damaged, or that I might just run into issues? I'm hitting high RAM usage in games, so I'm just wondering how much it truly matters.
