I just got my iPhone 15 and after using it for about 2 months, I noticed the battery health is sitting at 98%. Is that a good sign, or should I be doing something to help preserve the battery life?

Also consider the cycle count. If you can find that in the settings, it might give you more insight into how the battery is holding up. And keep in mind any warranty left too!

Honestly, just stop checking it so much! It can be a bit stressful, and the battery fluctuations are normal.

To see if that 98% is good, check when the battery was manufactured by going to Settings > Battery > Manufacture Date. Knowing how old it is can help you understand the battery’s performance better.

That's a bit unusual! Are you sure you got a brand new phone and not a refurbished one? Just curious if it was sealed when you bought it.

Yep, it was brand new and sealed when I got it!

To extend your battery life, try to keep your charge between 50% and 100%. Avoid leaving it plugged in overnight, and don’t use it while charging, especially during gaming.
