Hey folks! I'm debating between getting a 5070 TI and a 5080 for my gaming setup. I'm planning to play single-player games and would love to maintain over 60 FPS at 4K resolution. I'm also open to utilizing DLSS. Would the 5070 TI be a solid choice for the next three years?

Absolutely! With DLSS, it should work just fine for the next few years. But if you want something that will last even longer, the 5080 might be worth considering, especially since it’s designed for 4K and has more performance headroom.

Definitely a good option with DLSS! You'll have a decent experience for 4K gaming.

With DLSS, you should be able to hit 60 FPS in 4K on high to ultra settings. Just depends a lot on how well developers optimize their games going forward.

Yeah, the 5070 TI can handle 4K gaming, but don't expect to max out all settings. It performs well at modest settings, especially with DLSS to boost frame rates.

According to some benchmarks, you can average about 84 FPS at 4K with the 5070 TI using modest settings. If you enable DLSS, it might give you an even better experience. However, keep in mind that the gaming requirements could change significantly in the next couple of years, so it's a bit of a gamble.
