I'm wondering if I can use my RM750X power supply from my old build in my new one that features an RTX 3080 and an Intel i7 13700K. Is 750W enough for this setup, or should I consider a higher wattage?

For a bit of extra wiggle room, I'd say an 850W is more ideal. It gives you some breathing space.

I've got a Ryzen 5700X with a 3080 running on a 650W PSU, so a 750W should be okay, but you might want to keep an eye on it.

Yeah, but I'd still be cautious. Better safe than sorry!

Technically, 750W could work, but that's really pushing it. More importantly, consider that you're using an older PSU. It's wise to invest in a newer, high-quality power supply for your new build. If the RM750X is a few years old, maybe think about getting something fresh and reputable.

You should also check online power supply calculators for estimations, but just a heads up—some of them can tend to be a bit sketchy.

750W will work, but if you want some extra headroom, I'd recommend going for an 850W PSU instead. It gives you a bit more flexibility.

Yeah, I have the same setup, and honestly, 750W is fine for it! You should be good to go.
