I noticed that when I'm encoding videos in Adobe Media Encoder, my CPU temperature spikes up to around 90-100 degrees Celsius. Is this typical behavior, or should I be concerned? What steps can I take to manage the heat?

If you're measuring in Fahrenheit, that's actually not too bad. But if it's Celsius, that's quite high. For a desktop, 100 degrees means you could be risking damage if it continues like that.

As long as your computer's not freezing or smoking, you're probably okay. But 100 degrees is definitely on the high side for prolonged periods. You might want to keep an eye on it.

What CPU are you using? If it’s a desktop CPU, hitting 100 degrees is pretty alarming. Laptops can hit those temps under stress, but it’s not ideal. Regular maintenance like cleaning dust out can help!
