I recently picked up a used RTX 2060 Super Gaming X, and while everything was set up fine, I've noticed that the backplate gets pretty warm when I'm running demanding applications. For instance, I played BeamNG on normal settings for about five minutes, and I could feel hot air coming off the backplate. Currently, the GPU idles around 35°C, but it heats up to over 50°C during use. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600x, RTX 2060 Super Gaming X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 650W Corsair PSU, NZXT H510 Elite case, and Cooler Master Hyper 212 cooler.

Honestly, 50°C isn’t alarming at all for a GPU under load. Many run hotter than that, and it’s not like it’s a living thing getting harmed. Just keep an eye on it, and you should be good!
Sounds like your temperatures are totally normal for a GPU under load. Most GPUs can comfortably handle temperatures above 50°C, and hitting 60°C is often just fine as well. The warm backplate just shows that heat is dissipating properly. Just make sure your case has good airflow to keep everything cool!
Yeah, I've seen my GPU hit around 70°C during heavy gaming sessions and it's still running fine. Just ensure dust isn’t blocking your fans.
