Is it okay to use a portable monitor as my main display?

Hey everyone! I have a bit of a space issue with my setup right now. I'm currently using a 15.6" portable monitor, and I'm wondering if it's possible or practical to use it as my main monitor. My desk is quite small, and with the keyboard and mouse taking up space, I'm not sure if a larger traditional monitor will fit. What are your thoughts?

You can definitely use a portable monitor as your main one, but it might not provide the best experience. If you've already got it, go ahead and use it while keeping an eye out for a used monitor that might suit your needs better.

If you're considering upgrades, I'd recommend getting a monitor arm that clamps to your desk along with a 24" or 27" screen. That setup will give you a more comfortable viewing experience and save on desk space.

There's nothing stopping you from using it! Just remember, it might not have the same quality as a regular monitor. If it works for you, then go for it!
