Hey everyone, I received a message request on Instagram from someone I know, but since we aren't connected as friends, it ended up in my message requests. It was blurred out, but I think Meta blocks media in those situations for safety. I went ahead and unblurred the picture before realizing it might have put my Android phone at risk. The image was work-related, but now I'm anxious about whether I've compromised my account or phone. By the way, I have two-factor authentication enabled on my Instagram account. What do you think?

Nope, you should be fine! Just opening the message or unblurring it doesn’t typically lead to any hacks. Just be careful about links or files in messages in the future!
Hi, thanks for the reply! I actually tapped the unblur option before realizing the potential risk. Does that make a difference?
