Is it worth upgrading my RAM for 4K gaming?

I'm primarily using my PC for non-competitive gaming at 4K with refresh rates ranging from 120 to 144Hz, depending on the game. I currently have 32GB of Corsair DDR5 RAM running at 5600 MHz with timings of 36-36-36-76. I'm considering upgrading to 48GB of either CUDIMM DDR5 at 8000MHz with CL38-50-50-128 or 8400MHz with CL40-52-52-135. Do you think this upgrade is worthwhile? If so, which RAM option should I choose? Here's my setup: a Core Ultra 7 265K processor, a Zotac 4090 OC Trinity graphics card, and a TCL 85-inch QM8 MiniLED display. Any advice would be appreciated!

Honestly, for non-competitive gaming, a RAM upgrade probably isn't really worth it. You could get a bit more performance by tweaking the secondary timings on your current RAM. Just remember that Corsair packages chips from other manufacturers like Hynix, Micron, and Samsung, they don't actually make them themselves.

Do you know of any good videos on how to adjust the secondary timings? If I make those adjustments, should I expect a noticeable FPS increase? I have an ASUS Z890 Strix Gaming E motherboard, and it has so many settings. Is there an auto RAM overclock feature other than XMP? I'm pretty new to RAM overclocking.
