Is my 6-year-old AIO cooler still good for these CPUs?

I'm currently using a Corsair Hydro Series H100i RGB PLATINUM with a 240mm radiator to cool my AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. I've had this cooler for six years now, and I'm considering upgrading to either a Ryzen 5 5700X, Ryzen 9 5900XT, or Ryzen 9 5950X, with a preference for the 5950X. I'm trying to figure out if the H100i Platinum can adequately cool any of these CPUs, and if possible, I would love to know how each one stacks up in terms of cooling efficiency. Here are my current specs: GeForce RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12G, Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE motherboard, G.Skill DDR4 Ripjaws-V 2x16GB 3200MHz RAM, Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 Modular PSU, and of course, the Corsair Hydro H100i RGB PLATINUM. I'm not looking to upgrade to the 5700X3D variants as they're not available in my area.

Your H100i should still do a decent job, but just keep in mind that it's getting older, and AIO pumps can start to fail after a few years. If you notice any performance drops or unusual noises, consider replacing it soon to avoid any risk to your CPU.

What does it mean if the pump starts to fail? Would it damage my CPU, or just make it less effective at cooling over time?
