I'm trying to update my BIOS for the first time and the process has taken more than an hour. I have a GIGABYTE motherboard and the previous BIOS version was from 2023. I used the Q-Flash tool to do the update after downloading the latest BIOS file. However, my screen is just black and there's no progress bar. Should I be worried about it?

I watched a video for guidance, but now my screen is completely black. I used the Q-Flash option and I think the BIOS file is correctly on my flash drive.
