Is My PC Build on Track?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to build a gaming PC and keep my budget around $2000. I'd love your feedback on my part list to see if I'm headed in the right direction. Additionally, I'm concerned about whether my CPU cooler will actually fit in my case since I've heard it might be a bit too large. Can someone confirm the fitment? Thanks a lot! You can check out my build here: [Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/v9bFkf).

If you've got a Micro Center nearby, consider grabbing an AM5 bundle with the Ryzen 9 9800X3D for about $600. It includes the CPU, motherboard, and RAM, which can save you around $150!

You might be spending too much on the motherboard. Just make sure to check the case specs for "CPU cooler height" to verify fitment. And seriously, don't just trust AI for this kind of advice. We’re real people here to help!

Thanks for the tip! Just to clarify, if the clearance is 180mm and my cooler is 154mm, it should fit with some space to spare, right?

Lian Li's website mentions that the CPU clearance for your case is 180mm, which is pretty generous. Your cooler is 154mm tall, so it should fit comfortably without any issues.
