Absolutely, that's a fantastic combo for 1440p gaming! I actually have the same setup, and it's been really satisfying. Just to give you an idea, I'm also using a B650 motherboard and 32GB of RAM. I started with a R5 7600X and RX6700XT, but I upgraded last year and I'm glad I did, especially before prices went up!
