I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 5600 with 32GB of 3200 MHz RAM, and I'm thinking about getting an RTX 3060 12GB. I want to play games at 1080p or 1440p. Do you think this combo will work well, or could I run into bottleneck issues? Also, is the RTX 3060 still a good purchase today, or are there better options out there?

I think the RTX 3060 is solid for 1080p gaming. Just be mindful of what you’re upgrading from and whether you’re buying new or used. Newer GPUs might give you better performance, so it really depends on the deal you get.
If you can snag the 3060 at a great discount, it’s still a capable card for 1080p and decent for 1440p gaming. Just keep an eye on the pricing!
I’ve used my 3060 at 1440p since 2021, and while it runs well, my CPU is an i7-11700k. Your Ryzen 5 5600 might feel different, so adjust your expectations accordingly.
I upgraded to a 3080 Ti and that's been a valid choice. The 3060 can still perform well; just be aware of your game selection.
The 3060 12GB can handle most new games on high settings at 1080p, but make sure you’re getting it at a good price. If it's too close to a new 4060’s price, consider going for the newer model instead.
