I'm putting together a new PC using a Ryzen 5 7600X and I have 32GB of RAM at 4800MHz. The only graphics card I can find under $300 is the Sapphire Pulse RX 7600 (non-OC). I've seen 6750 XTs going for over $400, so I'm curious if the RX 7600 will be sufficient for my needs. I'm also considering the Gigabyte 7600 Gaming OC version but I'm unsure if it would be a better option.

I wouldn't recommend buying the RX 6750 XT at $400; it's just not worth the price hike. If you can wait, there's talk of the RX 9060 XT coming out at $350-400 soon.
You might want to consider the used market. If you keep an eye out, a used 6700 XT could be a better deal. Just make sure prices aren't inflated—sometimes they go higher than new cards!
The RX 7600 is actually a solid choice for around $230-260. It performs similarly to the RX 6650 XT, which should handle most games well at 1080p. Just be cautious about your RAM choice—avoid DDR5 4800 as it might hurt your CPU performance in some games. A 6000 CL30 kit would be a better fit, just a heads up!
Do you think spending a bit more for something like the 4060 is worth it in the long run?
Yeah, I've noticed that too; finding a decent used card at a good price can be a real challenge.
