Hey everyone! I'm looking to build my very first PC, but I don't know much about the components. I got a suggested build from a friend, and I'd love to hear what you all think about it. Here's the setup:
- Power Supply: be quiet! System Power 11 650W
- Storage: WD_BLACK SN7100 NVMe SSD 2TB
- Graphics Card: XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT OC
- RAM: Patriot Memory Viper Steel DDR4 3200MHz 32GB
- Cooling: MSI MAG CORELIQUID A13 240 Watercooling AIO
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F
- Case: CORSAIR 3500X ARGB
Is this a solid build or should I make some adjustments?

Hey! So, the RAM you picked won't work with the Ryzen 5 7500F since that CPU requires DDR5, not DDR4. Make sure to get a motherboard that supports DDR5 as well!
Just a heads up, AMD CPUs compatible with DDR4 go up until the Ryzen 5000 series. You really need to get DDR5 for your setup, plus a proper motherboard. Don't rush, do some research, and you'll end up with a great build!
Definitely consider a different case for better cooling if you're going with liquid cooling. The Corsair 3500X is decent, but there are more affordable options that could save you some cash. Also, don't forget about the motherboard since you’ll need one that supports everything!
Honestly, that 2TB SSD is a bit much for your first PC. You could save some money by opting for less storage unless you're planning to store a ton of games or programs. Also, consider checking out PCPartPicker; it's a great tool to ensure compatibility and see pricing for parts.
Sounds like a plan! I’ll give it a try, thanks!

Got it! Thanks for the heads up!
