Hey everyone! I'm a 16-year-old from the UK building my first PC, mainly for gaming (especially AAA titles) and some programming work (including a bit of AI). Here are the specs I'm considering:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7700
- **CPU cooler:** Thermalright Aqua Elite 360 V3 360mm Liquid CPU Cooler in Black
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte B650M D3HP AX Micro ATX AM5
- **Memory:** G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
- **Storage:** Crucial P310 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME
- **GPU:** XFX Quicksilver Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB
- **PSU:** MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80
- **Case:** iONZ Flow - Mini Tower with Tempered Glass and RGB Fans

Could you give me your thoughts on whether this is a good setup? Thanks!

Overall, it looks decent! You might want to consider an air cooler instead of that AIO since it's a bit excessive for your CPU. The RAM could also be better, maybe look for CL30 memory instead of CL36. Just ensure you pair it with a good monitor to get the most out of your GPU!

Actually, that SSD is pretty fast with 6000MB/s write and 7000MB/s read speeds, so you should be good there!

If budget permits, a RAM kit with CL30 and a slight upgrade to an 850W PSU might help with future upgrades and performance. Also, look into the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler; it’s a great performer without unnecessary bulk!

That setup will definitely serve you well, especially for AAA games at higher settings. Just keep in mind that the 360mm cooler might be overkill unless you want that sleek look. I've got a similar cooler, and I rarely see temps above 65°C. You'll have a powerful machine!

I think your build is pretty solid! Just a tip: instead of that 360mm liquid cooler, you might want to switch to a regular air cooler. The Ryzen 7 7700 only pulls 65W, so an air cooler will be more than enough and likely more reliable!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll check out some air coolers!

Make sure to check how CPU-intensive your games are. If you're aiming for max settings on FPS shooters, the CPU could hold you back a bit. But for AAA games at 1440p, you should be okay. If you can afford it, consider getting a stronger CPU later on. They usually have better resale value and are easier to swap out than GPUs!
