I'm looking for some advice on whether this pre-built gaming PC is worth the price tag of $2400. I currently have some decent components but need an upgrade to ensure I can play all my favorite AAA games like Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption at max settings. Here's what I have now: an Intel i9 9900KF, an Asus Rog Maximus XI Hero motherboard, 32GB of 4800MHz RAM, a Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSD, a GeForce RTX 2080 Super GPU, and I can't remember my power supply.
The pre-built I'm considering has: an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, an X870 motherboard with an AM5 socket, a Deepcool L-Series 360mm cooler, 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz RAM, a 1TB Kingston NVMe SSD, a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, and a Deepcool PK850D power supply with a case that includes ARGB lighting.
I'm not keen on hunting for each individual part at the lowest prices, and from my research, I'd save about $100-$150 by buying parts separately. So, I'm asking, is this pre-built a solid deal, and are all the components compatible? Any potential bottlenecks I should know about? I plan to pass my current PC to my wife as a Christmas gift, so I'm motivated to upgrade soon!

Honestly, the price for that PC sounds a bit high. I think you could expect a price closer to $1600-$1700 if you were to build it yourself. But I get it; living somewhere where prices are marked up makes things tricky. If $2400 is your deal, just ensure you’re happy with the performance before committing. Enjoy passing down your current rig as a gift!
If you're looking at the X870 motherboard, consider switching to a B850 instead. You really won't need the extra features of the X870 for your build. Also, while the RTX 5070 Ti is great, check if the 9070 XT is available in your area; it could be a better deal if it's significantly cheaper, like over $100 less. Just a thought!
