Issues Editing Users in 365 Admin Portal?

I've been running into a frustrating problem with the 365 Admin Portal. Every time I try to edit some users, I get hit with the message, "Try closing and re-opening this user to view the details. If this user was deleted, look for it in Deleted users." Is anyone else dealing with this issue? It seems to be affecting a lot of our licensed accounts here in the US Central region. Just wanted to see if it's a widespread issue or if it's just our setup. Thanks!

I’ve been experiencing this too in the Central US. Thankfully, I was able to get some details from Entra without needing the Admin Portal. Let’s hope MS figures this out soon!

I’m facing the same issue in the Central US. It seems like it’s only happening with our Active Directory synced accounts, while our cloud-only accounts are working just fine. Really strange!

Same here! No alerts from Health, it acts like everything's normal when it's not.

Exactly! I've noticed it’s only the AD synced accounts that are affected too. Not everyone is impacted, but it definitely seems to be spreading.

I thought I was going crazy refreshing the page looking for updates! Glad to hear it’s not just me having this issue.

Same here! Just when I was juggling another ticket with MS, I hit this snag. Ugh!

Ugh, that’s the worst timing! This portal can be a pain sometimes.

I just ran into this as well. Tried updating a user and got the same error. Some other users are okay though.

Yeah, it's been happening to me too. Looks like about 75% of the time I can't edit users. It’s super random and frustrating.
