I've deployed around 50 Dell Latitude 5550 laptops over the past year, but I've encountered stability problems with about 10% of them. These units have been crashing, freezing, and showing signs of instability. I've run RAM and HDD/SSD tests, and everything looks good. Even reinstalling the OS hasn't helped. The only fix has been to replace the motherboard under warranty, but that process with Dell can be quite frustrating. I haven't found much information through my research. Has anyone experienced similar issues, and is there a solution that doesn't involve replacing the motherboard?

This sounds like a common issue with Win11 25H2. I’ve seen others mention similar stability problems after that update.
Have you updated all your firmware and drivers using Dell Command? That might help with the issues you’re having.
Just curious, when did you purchase those laptops? Were they all from the same batch?
I actually uninstall Dell Optimizer and Support Assist on my devices since they seem to cause instability. Maybe give that a shot!
Could it be an issue with the CPU not making proper contact with the heatsink? That can sometimes cause those symptoms.
Interesting to hear that you're having problems. I have around 60 Latitude 5450s, and fortunately, they haven’t faced any similar issues. Do you make sure to update all the drivers before contacting support?
