I recently bought a second monitor to set up a dual display, but I'm running into a couple of issues. Whenever I adjust the refresh rate, the resolution drops, and when I try to drag a tab or window from one monitor to the other, it doesn't line up correctly. Has anyone else faced similar problems?

What kind of monitors are you using? Knowing your GPU and CPU would also help figure out the issue better. It's important to check the specifications and compatibility of your monitors with your system.
How are you connecting your monitors? If you're using DisplayPort or HDMI, it can sometimes affect performance. It could be worth checking the cable type and making sure you're using the right ports on your GPU.
I'm connecting them with DisplayPort.
Both monitors are NZXT. One is a 27" FHD 240Hz in white, and the other is the same but in black and can only go up to 165Hz. My entire PC setup is a Player 2 Prime from NZXT.
