I'm dealing with a frustrating problem where my G. Skill RAM, which should be 32GB (2x16GB), is only showing up as 16GB in my system. My hardware setup includes a GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ELITE motherboard, an i9-9900K CPU, and a ZOTAC RTX 4090 GPU. When I checked the BIOS, it showed "DDR4_A2: GSKILL 16GB 2667MHz" and "DDR4_B2: 0GB 2667MHz". I tried reseating the RAM in the slots as per the motherboard's manual, but I got the same result. I don't have any spare RAM to test with, and I'm a bit at a loss for what to do next.

It sounds like you’ve ruled out any issues with the A2 slot since it reports that one stick is working. Have you tried swapping the RAM sticks between A2 and B2? This way, you can see if the issue is with a specific RAM stick or the B slot.
Since you're seeing a consistent issue with the B2 slot showing 0GB, there's a possibility that the slot might be defective. If you can borrow RAM from someone, that would help to determine if it's the RAM sticks themselves or the motherboard slot causing the problem. Unfortunately, without spare RAM, it makes troubleshooting a bit tricky!

I actually tried swapping them, and it's still showing the same thing. A2 recognizes the stick, but B2 still shows 0GB.
