I've got a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G running Android, and I'm facing some major battery issues. Ever since the One UI 7 update, my battery life has been terrible—it barely lasts an hour. Plus, the battery percentage seems off; it'll say it has 80%, but as soon as I plug it in, it drops to around 40%. I've tried clearing the cache partition, rebooting, and fully draining then charging the battery, but nothing seems to work.

Yep, I had a similar problem with my phone before. Getting a new battery is often the quickest fix. A replacement for the A14 shouldn't be too expensive.
It sounds like your battery might just need replacing. Those kind of issues usually crop up when a battery is failing. It's worth checking how much a new one would cost.
