Hey everyone! I'm a total newbie to Linux and recently installed Arch with Hyprland, but now I'm at a loss about what to do next. Figuring out how to edit the config files has been a struggle, and honestly, most of the tutorials I find are either confusing or outdated. Can anyone offer some advice to help me get started?

When I was starting out, I took a lot of notes and ended up publishing them as a free ebook. If you're interested, you can check it out here: https://github.com/GitJit-max/learning-linux. Feel free to let me know if there's anything you think should be added!
Honestly, if you’re just starting out, Arch + Hyprland isn’t the easiest combo to tackle. I'd suggest trying something more user-friendly like Ubuntu or Mint first. Once you get the hang of Linux basics, you can always come back to Arch later!
I feel you! The Arch wiki is a goldmine, but sometimes it can be overwhelming for beginners. Make sure to check out the section on Hyprland directly at the Arch wiki—it's a bit more targeted and may help clarify some things for you.
I've seen too many newcomers struggle with Arch. If you really want to make it work, take your time and maybe avoid doing it just for the 'meme' of it. Stick with an easier distro for now!
