Looking for a Budget-Friendly Remote Desktop Solution for My Small Business

Hey everyone! I run a small business and need an affordable and simple remote access solution, specifically for unattended access. My teammate and I occasionally need to connect to our office computers at the same time. Here's our current setup: 1) I'm the admin with access to 5 devices (a mix of Mac and PC). 2) My teammate needs access to 3 devices (two work desktops and a travel Mac). We've been using TeamViewer, but it feels like it's more than we need and too pricey for our budget. Any suggestions for a cost-effective alternative that would work for us? Thanks!

Have you considered Apache Guacamole? It's a solid option that supports RDP, VNC, and SSH, but you’ll need to set up an instance somewhere accessible. You can check out OpsBay for a free instance to test it out!

Sounds interesting! How complicated is the setup, though?

You might want to check out Splashtop! It's pretty budget-friendly and should work well for your setup. Just keep in mind that you'll be using apps due to your mix of PC and Mac devices, but it gets the job done without breaking the bank.
