Hey everyone! I just got my SAA-C03 certification and have a job interview for a cloud engineer position coming up in two days. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed because I don't think just reviewing my SAA notes will be enough. If anyone has a set of interview questions or tips that helped them in similar interviews, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

It's important to know if your interview will be more technical or focused on leadership principles. Since this is a pre-sales role, I'd guess it's a mix but leaning towards technical, especially around high-level system design.
Make sure to brush up on Amazon's leadership principles. Think of specific instances from your experience where you implemented these principles and frame them in the STAR format (situation, task, action, result). If you think you’re weak in one area, try to come up with two examples to be safe!
They'll likely ask about real-world scenarios, like designing fault-tolerant systems or managing sudden traffic spikes. Also, be ready to discuss things like ECS versus EKS and setting up CI/CD with CodePipeline. It’s good to review your security best practices, VPC design, and monitoring with CloudWatch, too. You have two days—focus on practical examples, even if they’re hypothetical, to show you can tackle these challenges effectively!
