Looking for Feedback on My New PC Build

I'm planning to build a new PC over the next few months and I'm looking for some advice on my current parts list. I want to use it for casual gaming and as a hobby for work in Blender. My main concerns are whether 16GB RAM (2x8) is sufficient these days and if there are any issues with the build that I might be overlooking. Just to clarify, I'm not from the US; I'm in Belarus, and my parts selection is based on what's available at local stores. My motherboard is on a 50% sale right now, so I want to take advantage of that if I can. You can check out my build here: [link to build].

I notice there's some missing price info on various parts, and a few seem overpriced. Just out of curiosity: Are you in the US or somewhere else? And what's your total budget in your local currency?

I'm in Belarus, and I'm aiming for a budget around 3-4k BYN over the next few months. I could stretch it to 5k if needed, but the current build is about 3.3k with that motherboard sale.

Have you thought about whether you're buying these parts new or used? Some prices seem a bit steep. For instance, that GPU you're looking at is quite pricey because it's no longer in production. For the same amount, you could likely get an RTX 5070, which would offer better performance.

I'm mostly looking for what's available in my local stores, and the motherboard I found is on sale. It's not showing the 5070 as compatible, unfortunately.
