I recently built a new PC and switched from using laptops to my first mechanical keyboard, the Logitech G413. I really thought I'd enjoy the clicky sound that many people rave about, but after using it, it's way louder than I expected! It's especially overwhelming since I play osu frequently, and I end up hearing the keyboard instead of my music when I don't wear headphones. I'm curious if there are any quieter mechanical keyboard options out there. I'm not too keen on going back to membrane keyboards, so I'm hoping for some solid recommendations for mechanical ones that won't drive me crazy with noise.

An option might be to replace the switches on your keyboard with silent ones for keys like Z and X, which could help reduce noise.
I personally love my Logitech G815 with low profile GL linear switches; it’s really quiet and perfect for gaming!
You’re in a bit of a bind since the G413 isn't hot-swappable, but if it were, you could easily swap out those noisy switches for quieter ones.
Check out the NuPhy Air series—Air75 or Air96 with red switches are pretty quiet, and they aren’t too bulky. They keep a decent profile compared to standard mechanical keyboards.
Consider going for a hall effect keyboard; they tend to be much quieter and offer a great typing experience. I have an Mchose for work and it's been fantastic!
There are definitely options for quieter mechanical keyboards! Some brands have specific models designed to minimize sound. Just doing a quick search should show you plenty of options. You might want to look into keyboards with silent or low-profile switches.

Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll look into those low-profile options.
