We're having some serious issues in our office with the Yealink headsets that we've been using alongside our Yealink virtual phones. The calls keep dropping, the headsets are often low on battery, and users frequently see "out of range" messages. I'm reaching out for suggestions on better headset options that can handle high call volumes efficiently. Also, if anyone has pointers on how to resolve the recurring problems with the Yealink headsets, that would be greatly appreciated!

We use Poly Voyager 4310 UC headsets in our office, and they’ve been really reliable for calls—definitely recommend them!
Consider checking out Plantronics headsets. They're a bit pricey, but I’ve used them in busy contact centers for years and they've consistently performed well. You can find them on their official website.
Leitner headsets are another solid option. They’re on the expensive side but definitely worth the investment for long-term use.
If you're in an office, I'd advise avoiding Bluetooth headsets. Instead, consider DECT models, which are much more reliable. The Yealink DECT headsets have been solid for me, especially the ones with replaceable batteries. You can keep spare batteries charged, so you’re always ready.
Good to know! I’ll definitely look into it for our setup.
Many of our staff love the Jabra Evolve2 65 headsets. They work great for high-volume calls, and the USB dongle makes them easy to set up. I’ve had mine for five years, and apart from some minor issues due to Teams glitches, they've been fantastic.
Yeah, I agree! The Evolve2 line seems to be a popular choice. Definitely worth looking into!
Same here. So far, it's been smooth sailing with mine as well.
Which model of Yealink headsets are you using? I have WH62s, and while we've had our share of troubles, they seem to work fine for most of us. Are you looking for specific features like over-ear or in-ear options, or perhaps noise cancellation?
We’re using the WH62s too, but some folks are running into disconnection issues with battery life. It appears some problems may stem from user error as well.

I’ve heard DECT is better for office settings too! Thanks for the tips.
