Looking for Tips on Building My First Gaming PC

I'm currently putting together my first PC build and feeling a bit overwhelmed with the options. I've got a list of components ready, but I'm unsure about a few things. Specifically, I'm confused about what CPU cooler I should purchase and whether I need any additional fans beyond the ones that come with the cooler. I'd appreciate any recommendations for all-in-one (AIO) coolers, especially those with an LCD display. Also, what other general advice do you have before I start ordering all the parts? Here's my current build so far: [PCPartPicker Part List]

I recommend getting your RAM and storage sorted sooner rather than later since prices are expected to go up. You’ve got some great parts lined up, but you might be overpaying for certain brands. For example, you can probably find the RTX 5080 at list price, but be aware that you could save quite a bit by opting for a slightly cheaper 2TB drive with DRAM cache instead of going for high-end options unless you really need the latest generation. Also, consider looking for deals on the CPU; the Ryzen 7800X3D was available for $270 recently, which is a solid choice for less money. Combining those savings could lower your total cost significantly!

I was thinking of waiting at least until the end of the month for possible discounts. Do you think this is a bad idea?
