I'm trying to find Windows CE 5.0 for my Motorola MC9090 Scan Gun. The UI from the previous owners is so limited that I can't really do anything with it. I've searched several websites, but it seems like people are getting threads locked for providing this OS since it's technically owned by Zebra. It's frustrating because it's a free OS for an old device, and I just want to experiment with it a bit. Any help or leads on where I can find the files would be greatly appreciated!

If you know anyone who had a TechNet subscription back then, ask them! I had one and had a ton of old software saved. You might also score some DVDs on eBay if you're looking to grab something from that era.
Have you checked archive.org? They sometimes have old ISOs archived that you can download. It might be worth a shot!
That's a solid idea! I never had a TechNet subscription myself, but if someone on eBay has it, I might just get lucky.
