I'm trying to improve my PC setup without breaking the bank. Currently, I have an MSI H170A motherboard, an Intel Core i7-6700K processor at 4.00GHz, 32GB of RAM, and storage consisting of a 932GB SSD and two 466GB HDDs. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4GB). I'm also planning to switch to Linux, and I'm considering moving to AMD graphics because I'm not happy with NVIDIA's recent statements. Any suggestions for upgrades, especially something affordable? If there are pro setups you think would be good for future upgrades, I'm open to that too. Thanks!

Honestly, with a system this old, there’s really not much to upgrade effectively. If funds are tight, you might just want to look into getting a used PC instead. Something that’s just a few years old would already outperform what you have.

Thanks! Do you have any specific used PCs in mind?
