Lost WiFi, Bluetooth, and Sound After Installing Windows 11 on My Laptop

I recently upgraded my Asus Vivobook Pro 16 (model K66002HE) to Windows 11, and now I'm experiencing issues. I've lost access to WiFi, Bluetooth, and the sound on my laptop. I consulted ChatGPT, which suggested installing the chipset drivers. However, the drivers I could find were specifically for Windows 11, and unfortunately, they didn't resolve my issues. Even though I tried using an Ethernet cable, I still can't get any sound. What steps can I take to fix these problems?

You should definitely check for the essential drivers on the ASUS support page for your model. Here's a link to get you started: [Asus Support](https://www.asus.com/supportonly/k6602hc/helpdesk_download/). That's usually the best path to getting your devices back up and running.

It sounds like a driver issue. Make sure you have the right drivers for your exact laptop model and Windows version. It can really help to avoid relying on ChatGPT for these kinds of technical questions since it might give misleading info.

Thanks for the tip! English isn't my first language, but I appreciate your advice. If the drivers don’t work, I might have to consider sending my laptop in for repairs.
