I've been using my Asus TUF A15 laptop for about three years without any issues, but recently, the screen has been freezing unexpectedly. The only way to restart it is by holding down the power button. When I turn it back on, it goes to EZ mode, and after several attempts, it sometimes recognizes the SSD. Once it does boot into Windows, it works for a while, but then it freezes again. I'm really not sure how to fix this problem. Any ideas?

It sounds like your laptop might be having SSD issues. I suggest trying a fresh Windows installation using a bootable USB drive. That could help, but just make sure you back up your important files first since a fresh install can wipe everything when done improperly.

But if I do that, won't I lose all my files? Is there a way to do it without losing any data?
