My Games Keep Crashing – Help Needed!

I've been facing some frustrating crashes with my games lately, specifically Escape From Tarkov and Rust. About a month or two ago, Tarkov would occasionally blue screen my PC or freeze it completely. With Rust, I can barely get past the spawning world before it crashes, although my PC itself doesn't crash. I thought upgrading my RAM from 16GB to 32GB would help, and I found a bug with the DLSS setting in Tarkov that was causing issues, so I disabled it. For about a week, things seemed okay until the crashes started again. Then I learned about enabling the A-XMP setting in BIOS, which briefly improved things.

My friend had similar problems with Tarkov and upgraded his SSD and PSU, so I upgraded my PSU, but the issues persisted. I even took my PC to Micro Center for diagnostics, but they couldn't replicate the crashes after extensive testing. After buying a new CPU there, I had a few good gaming sessions, but then Rust wouldn't load until I set my graphics to low, and Tarkov crashed again after one game.

My PC is around 5-6 years old, with all original parts besides the new CPU, PSU, and RAM. I suspect some parts might have overheated. I'm debating whether to upgrade my SSD or my GPU next, but I really don't want to shell out for a new graphics card if I can avoid it. Here are my specs:
- Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi
- CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
- Coolers: AMD Wraith Prism Cooler
- GPU: RTX 2070 Super (EVGA)
- RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance
- PSU: MSI mag A850GL

Any suggestions on what my next step should be?

First off, getting the dump files from your crashes would be really helpful for a better analysis, especially for the blue screens. If you can, check the C:WindowsMinidump for any files. You can upload those zipped to a file-sharing site like Mediafire or Catbox. The more dump files you have, the better for diagnosing the issue—look for a variety of them.

Here's where I uploaded my dump files: [Mediafire Link](https://www.mediafire.com/folder/12angx2aju568/Dump_Files). There are three, most recent from 7/20/2025.
