I just got my Tuf A15 laptop (Ryzen 7 5800h, RTX 3070) two weeks ago, and it's been great until recently. While playing Valorant on Windows 11, the screen suddenly went black and hasn't come back since. Even after restarting, there's no display. I can hear it booting up—it's logging into Windows and the lights are on, but the screen remains dark. I've tried a few online fixes like resetting my graphics driver, but nothing has worked. I'm starting to worry it might be a hardware issue, possibly a loose cable? I'm new to using laptops and am hesitant to open it up myself. Has anyone faced something similar or have any suggestions? Also, after leaving it alone for a day, the screen started flickering occasionally, but it still boots fine with an external monitor.

It might be an issue with the backlight or LED not functioning properly. At this point, you’ll probably need to open the laptop to check the connections for the display and the LEDs.
Since it's so new, I’d recommend contacting the seller to see if you can return it for a replacement. If returning isn’t an option, try connecting it to an external monitor or TV to check if there's any output there.
