I just assembled my new system and everything seemed fine at first. The BIOS loads with no issues, and the CPU and motherboard temperatures look good. However, after plugging in my USB stick to install Windows and enabling EXPO (which was off by default), the system won't boot anymore. I'm getting a sequence of 1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps, along with both the boot and VGA lights lit on the motherboard. This issue occurs even when I try using the DisplayPort on the motherboard, which suggests the problem isn't with my graphics card. My setup includes a 7800X3D CPU, Asus ROG Strix B650E-F motherboard, and 32GB Kingston Fury DDR5 RAM running at 6000MT/s. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

It sounds like a BIOS reset might help. You can do this by removing the CMOS battery temporarily, which should reset all settings. After that, try booting with EXPO disabled. If you're not sure how to do this, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials that walk you through it.

Thanks for the tip! If resetting the BIOS works, how would I go about re-enabling EXPO? I assume I need to do something else to avoid limiting my RAM speeds?
