I reset my BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery and reseated my RAM. This worked on the next boot, and the PC ran normally for a while. However, I'm facing the same issue again on the next boot where it just gets stuck on the loading screen. I've tried reseating the RAM again, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions on what I should do next?

It could be a few things. A drained CMOS battery, faulty RAM, SSD issues, or, in the worst case, a faulty CPU. You might need to rule them out one by one. Since you've already checked your SSD and CMOS battery, focusing on the RAM would be the next step.
It sounds frustrating! It's worth checking if your RAM is faulty; a simple way to test it is to try booting with one stick of RAM at a time if you have multiple sticks. Also, double-check your connections and make sure everything is seated properly. Sometimes it's just a loose connection causing these issues.
