I accidentally turned off my computer while it was in the middle of restarting after I clicked 'update and restart.' Now it won't turn back on, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm using Windows. Can anyone help?

Make sure the system has power. Check the power cables and connections to ensure everything is plugged in securely. Sometimes it’s a simple fix!

I once faced a similar issue. After turning it off, I unplugged it for about 5 minutes and then tried starting it again. It booted up fine, but if you run into issues, check for update options that might let you roll back the latest update if it was installing. Just hope the BIOS wasn't in the middle of updating!

First, can you tell if it powers up at all? Check if the power light comes on when you hit the button. If it does, that’s a good sign, but it might still not boot properly. You might want to try holding the power button for about 5 seconds to do a hard reset and then turn it back on normally. Let me know if that works!

I pressed the power button and the light comes on, but nothing else happens. No sounds or lights from the mouse.

If that's the case, try unplugging the PC for a few minutes, then plug it back in and see if it boots up.

What do you mean by "won't turn on"? Just trying to get a clearer idea of what's happening when you hit the power button!
